ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Resource Coordinator for the OnDemand team, you will be involved in providing consultative solutions for service delivery models and aiding in the fulfillment of contingent resource requirements. You will coordinate and facilitate initiatives by managing onboarding and offboarding engagements for contract resources, as well as tracking and supporting vendor management for Trace3's services partners.
You will be responsible for qualifying job requisition requirements and fulfilling requests by collaborating with partners and internal team members. You will find success in this role if you are inquisitive, detail oriented, and adaptable.Â
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding of contract resource.
- Maintain the Contractor List in Smartsheets continuously and accurately.
- Track and communicate the status of the onboarding process to the requesting team.
- Assist the requesting team and appropriate Services partners in troubleshooting and resolving any onboarding process issues.
- Partner with the Services Partner Manager to comprehensively maintain the OnDemand Partners list, ensuring accuracy of details surrounding legal compliance, partner engagement, and performance feedback.
- Verify the onboarding status of Trace3 contractors and services partners as requested.
- Confirm participants’ availability and schedule interviews in Outlook.
- Closely track feedback from candidates and upcoming next steps with requesting team and services partners.
- Support contract resources with Trace3 tools and application support. For example, using Netsuite to enter a timesheet.
- Provide guidance to internal Trace3 teams on accessing and utilizing tools and applications for contract resources.
- Partner with Account teams to obtain offer details and Statements of Work (SOWs) and/or work orders from Services Partners for contract resources.
- Work with Client Service Center teams and Project Operations teams to collect purchase orders.
- Partner internally with Account teams and Client Services Center team to communicate and detail OnDemand's offerings, processes and requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS AND INTERESTS:
- Experience managing processes related to onboarding and offboarding contractor resources and services partners.
- Critical thinker with the ability to analyze and evaluate information to formulate creative approaches.
- Strong problem-solving skills to effectively assess business circumstances and determine sound solutions.
- Abilities to create and document new processes and communicate with internal teams on requirements.
- Ability to adapt to different and evolving situations and requirements.
- Highly organized, communicative, and resourceful with strong time management skills in order to be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Ability to manage your own time, priorities, and resources in order to work independently, as well as being able to actively listen and collaborate in order to work as a part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal and team-oriented skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial organization.
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), Smartsheets, and Netsuite preferred.
