As a Resource Management Coordinator, you will assist Project Managers with identifying and
managing resources with specific skill needed to deliver on the Professional Services engagements,
including management of resource calendars and bookings. This is a remote/virtual position working
for a home office with possible travel (up to 10%).

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Generates and reviews scheduling, utilization and forecasting reports and provides analysis of the
    data in making staffing and project team decisions
  • Plan and manage resources ensuring all projects meet scope and timeframe expectations
  • Maintain the OpenAir management tool for project data
  • Efficient and effective management of Professional Services projects through the full engagement lifecycle:
    • Sales handoff
    • Resourcing requirements
    • Customer project plan development
    • Ensure regular and timely communications to all key stakeholders
    • Manage resourcing issues and risks to resolution
    • Maintain and foster internal and external customer relationships, ensuring objectives and statement
      of work expectations are met
    • Collaborate with Resource Manager in the creating and maintaining of resource management
      methodology
  • Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in resource management/project management/project
    coordination.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a consulting services role or similar IT Project Management
    structure.
  • Experience with managing staffing and/or resource schedules.
  • Experience in interfacing with information security positions and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate project objectives and scope, gain customer understanding,
    schedule resources, and manage timelines.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and/or teams simultaneously while maintaining client
    expectations.
  • Understanding of a broad range of information security terms and disciplines.
  • Verbal communication skills that include the ability to communicate with anyone from a technical
    resource to the highest level of management.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems, perform complex tasks and prioritize.
  • Advanced use of all Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project, with advanced ability to utilize
    Microsoft Excel for project reporting.
  • Proficient in OpenAir and Salesforce, or other Professional Services applications
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%
  • Evening and weekend hours may be required
