As Resource Manager, you will organize, plan, and assign resources for waterfall projects, with aspects of agile components, for 300+ in person events and over 2,000+ websites annually.
This is a US based position with a virtual or hybrid work model. Sponsorship is not available.
Job Responsibilities

  • Allocate the right resources to the right tasks at the right time. Improve the project flow and load balance. Assign employees to projects in accordance with their skillsets, previous experience, and availability.
  • Monitor employee workload, utilization and manage resource conflicts. Overcome shortages by reallocating resources.
  • Plan and facilitate scrum activities, including sprint planning, daily stand up, and board reviews.
  • Identify and resolve impediments that slow development or prevent the team from meeting established goals or milestones.
  • Forecast equipment levels and make recommendations to best utilize funds, e.g., new purchases vs. rental.
  • Work across the entire organization to ensure CDS has resources needed for expanding business. Coordinate with business development and new product releases for upcoming projects.
  • Plan resource allocation for technology platform change and software language specialization.
  • Report on employee utilization. Share performance-based metrics with department managers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Technology - Generate or adapt equipment and technology to serve user needs. Write or interpret computer programming for various purposes.


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Scrum Master Certification (CSM) or Resource Manager Certified Professional (RMCP) required.
  • Prior experience collaborating with others in a software development or creative team required.
  • Familiar with tools such as Click Up, Jira, Trello, Teams, SharePoint and other collaboration software.


Work Schedule
Business hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Extended business hours and weekends may be required. Some travel may be required.
