Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Resource Manager to join our dynamic team. The Resource Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing the allocation and utilization of company resources, ensuring that projects are adequately staffed, and all available resources are utilized efficiently to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, coupled with a keen understanding of project management and resource planning. You will report directly to the Global Head of Commercial Operations.
Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Resource Manager or similar role, with a strong track record in resource allocation and optimization.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and resource planning techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using resource management software tools and spreadsheets.
• Adept at handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, with excellent time management skills.
• High level of EQ; you can put yourself in a another person's shoes to inform best decisions for the whole team
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit with obsession for collaborating, learning, improving and results
• Excellent project management demonstrated by ability to organize work streams, estimate and deliver on timelines
• A strategic thinker but also a doer (enjoy rolling up your sleeves to execute)
• You have a high "do to say" ratio
• You are incredibly organized, accountable and process-oriented

What you'll do:

• Manage overall resource allocation and planning for commercial teams, ensuring we are staffed appropriately to meet business needs
• Coordinate directly with Profitero's commercial leadership team on a regular basis to staff all short-term projects across our Global Advisory team
• Establish KPIs and support management through monitoring and assessing resource availability, skills, and expertise to optimize resource allocation
• Perform regular resource utilization optimization and implementation of strategies to maximize resource utilization while ensuring employees' workloads are balanced and aligned with their skill sets
• Generate regular reports on resource allocation, utilization, and performance to share with relevant stakeholders and management
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement in resource management and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with finance and project managers to align resource allocation with budgetary constraints
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations Manager to develop and maintain Net Revenue Retention / Gross Revenue Retention Dashboards within Gainsight and/or Salesforce. Leverage both technical expertise and domain knowledge to ensure the dashboards provide valuable insights into revenue performance and customer retention.
• Regularly engage with Account Owners to ensure that timely and accurate data is available for the NRR/GRR Dashboards, enabling informed decision-making by Commercial Leadership.
• Collaborate with Commercial Leadership to streamline and optimize the renewal process by identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation, and best practices implementation.
• Design reports that provide actionable insights and KPIs in a user-friendly format. Empower stakeholders with the ability to monitor business performance effectively and make data-driven decisions.
