Because People Matter. BPM is looking for a meticulous and self-motivated individual to oversee the scheduling and assignment planning for Tax professionals. This person will also serve as a key contact with the Tax leaders and employees to successfully address issues relating to staff scheduling/assignments.

You Have: (Qualifications)

B.A. degree OR equivalent work experience.
-
+3 years in a professional services role heavy administrative support and/or HR experience OR at least 2-3 years in a Resource management role.

Familiarity with public accounting is a plus.

Excellent customer service interpersonal facilitation project management and change management skills.

Ability to adapt to different challenges and listen/respond to others.
-
Ability to interact with all levels of employees from entry level to executives.
-
Strong computer skills – Outlook Excel Word; Ability and desire to master resourcing software and Time & Billing software. Power BI knowledge is a plus.
You Will: (Requirements)
-
Drive greater efficiency in resource deployment by providing business stakeholders with visibility/options of resource capacity capabilities and conflict resolution.

Advocate for sharing resources firmwide including offshore team to move towards the “BPM One” culture.

Coordinate frequent resource management meetings with leaders and Operations Director and specialists to address resource needs conflicts and any other issues.

Continuously build strong relationships with managers and staff in order to drive resourcing initiatives.

Oversee internal team members’ workload and performance.
-
Analyze trends and make recommendations to firm leadership on appropriate course of action to improve key metrics.

Maintain knowledge of the Resource Management field and stay up to date with current trends and new software developments.

Balancing the needs of staff and clients for the purpose of maximizing utilization and the experience of the staff.

Develop relationships with personnel in the firm to understand career goals development needs and to assign staffing resources to engagements based on their preferred specialty area(s).

Work on developing/maintaining staff matrix.

Review staff utilization/headcount report and discuss plans to address efficiency with the practice.

Review resourcing forecast reports and address requirements proposed solutions and ensure chargeable hours are in line with previous year.

Interact with HR staff firm-wide to coordinate new hire schedules training schedules and other HR related activity including performance evaluations.

The salary range provided is intended for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area who meet the minimum requirements of the position. Candidates who do not reside in the San Francisco Bay Area do not meet the minimum requirements or exceed the requirements are encouraged to apply and a recruiter will provide you with a range specific to your location and qualifications.
