Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Assign available consultants to projects in accordance with individual skill sets, product knowledge, previous experience, and availability to optimize project delivery
• Collaborate with Leaders of our Service Delivery, Project Management, Development, and Sales teams on capacity planning, forecasts, and other projections
• Monitor and manage consultant workload, utilization, and capacity in line with established KPI targets
• Compile, lead and analyze resource management reports & KPI metrics for the business
• Support project managers during resource planning, project kick-offs, and escalations
• Collaborate with Project Management & Customer Success teams to identify and address project roadblocks
• Maintain awareness of current and upcoming project pipeline and plan resources accordingly
• Advise on weekly resource meetings and facilitate resourcing issues / conflict resolution with Professional Services and appropriate department heads

• Participate in the implementation of and act as in-house expert on our NetSuite Resource Management tool

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of experience in a NetSuite or Project Management, or Operations related position
• Experience in professional services environment, working in technical service delivery or systems process consulting
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, time management, and prioritization skills
• Experience using data and metrics to drive reporting and improvements
• Must be a team player and be able to effectively interact with staff at all levels
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle with changing priorities
• Ambition to learn and continue to grow
• Familiarity with forecasting processes and tools
• Problem solver with attention to detail and the ability to identify and handle conflicts sensibly, fairly and efficiently
• Interest in continuously improving processes and functions
• NetSuite Resource Allocation experience or PMP certificate is a plus!
