Resource WFM Analyst II

Locations: Indianapolis, IN; Cincinnati, OH; Midland, GA; Atlanta, GA; South Portland, ME & Richmond, VA

Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model with pulse point sites (major office) used for collaboration, community, and connection. This position can be primarily remote, however will be based within 50 miles of a pulse point site listed above.

The Resource WFM Analyst II will be responsible for all of the duties of a Resource WFM Analyst I, as well as performing real-time analysis and scheduling functions determined by current business need.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Gathers data and structures reporting to service business needs.
  • Completes full root-cause analysis on inventory issues and develops action plan.
  • Designs and manages staff scheduling system.
  • Creates and implements inventory reduction plans.
  • Establishes a set of scheduling resources and monitoring systems to manage schedule administration, communication, and track performance.
  • Empowers processing teams through training and knowledge sharing.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires a BA/BS in Business, Statistics or a related field and a minimum of 2 years experience in operations, inventory management, or scheduling and forecasting in a claims or call center environment; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Candidates must reside within 50 miles or 1-hour commute each way of a relevant Elevance Health location.
