This position is responsible for reviewing and disclosing changes to the loan via a Loan Estimate or Closing Disclosure according to RESPA and TRID requirements. This role is full-time and is non-exempt. This position has no supervisory responsibilities and reports to the Assistant Operations Manager.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Responsible for re-disclosing the Loan Estimates or Closing Disclosures when the loan has a qualifying change of circumstance within TRIDs required 3-day time period.
• Responsible for review of file and preparation of Change of Circumstance request for Loan Estimates and Closing Disclosures for issuance to the customers
• Escalate and report deficiencies identified to Brokers, Sales and Operations partners and Management
• Ensure that all loan documentation is complete, accurate, verified and complies with company policy and Federal and State regulations at time of mortgage loan application
• Serve as liaison between Compliance and other support teams on identifying and addressing compliance concerns as changes are made to policy and procedures or new regulations are issued
• Reviewing files for completeness and adherence of fees and compliance with TRID regulation
• Assist Brokers and/or other Sales and processing partners with issues related to the disclosure process, fees, and the status of loan
• Provide exceptional customer service levels

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in the mortgage industry including 1 year of any of the following OR College Degree in lieu of experience:

o TRID regulatory compliance experience

o Initial disclosures

o Loan estimates

o Re-disclosure requirements and changes of circumstance

o Closing Disclosures

• Current knowledge of TRID regulations
• Strong knowledge in "A" Paper, FNMA/FHLMC, FHA/VA, USDA and Bond programs required
• Must have current knowledge of mortgage compliance as it relates to the LE, CD, tolerances and cures
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
