We are now offering four options:

Respiratory Care Practitioner positions for Respiratory Therapists who live in the Louisville-Metro area:

• Opportunity to earn over $58 an hour, plus shift and weekend differentials when taking long term assignments
• Opportunity to float within our 5 Louisville hospital locations and Norton Clark Hospital (IN). 
• Assignments in both adult and pediatric units based on experience
• Flexible employment options, including short and long-term assignments

Respiratory Care Practitioner Norton Traveler positions for Respiratory Therapists who live 75+ miles outside the Louisville-Metro area:

• Opportunity to earn over $43 an hour, plus shift and weekend differentials when taking long term assignments
• Receive a tax-free, bi-weekly lodging stipend in addition to hourly pay
• Opportunity to float within our 5 Louisville hospital locations and Norton Clark Hospital (IN). 
• Assignments in both adult and pediatric units based on experience
• Flexible employment options, including short and long-term assignments

Respiratory Care Practitioner Required:

• Associate Degree Respiratory Therapy
• One year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
• One of : CRT or RRT-RRT must be obtained within 12 months of hire
• Respiratory Therapist (State) (KY)
