Job Overview:

As a Responsible AI Trainee at CureMD you will focus on ensuring the ethical, transparent, and accountable use of AI in healthcare applications. This position is pivotal in embedding responsible AI practices into the development, deployment, and maintenance of AI systems that enhance clinical decision-making, patient management, and operational efficiencies. This role requires a blend of technical skills in AI and machine learning, a deep understanding of ethical AI principles, and familiarity with healthcare regulations. The Responsible AI Trainee will play a crucial role in ensuring that CureMD's innovative solutions not only advance healthcare outcomes but also uphold the highest standards of ethics and responsibility in AI.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ethical AI Implementation: Assist in development of AI applications with a strong emphasis on ethical principles, ensuring that all AI solutions are fair, transparent, and non-discriminatory.

• Compliance and Standards: Support the team in ensuring AI systems comply with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and industry standards for data privacy and security.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical experts and data scientists, to integrate responsible AI practices into CureMD's product development lifecycle.

• Risk Assessment: Participate in conducting thorough risk assessments for AI projects, identifying potential ethical and regulatory issues and proposing mitigation strategies.

• Transparency and Accountability: Help in developing frameworks and guidelines for transparent AI decision-making processes and establish mechanisms for accountability in AI applications.

• Continuous Learning: Continuous research on emerging trends and best practices in responsible AI, healthcare regulations, and ethical AI frameworks to continuously improve CureMD's AI solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex challenges in the field of generative AI.

• Ability to think creatively and outside conventional frameworks to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to identify and address both technical and ethical challenges in AI.

• A natural curiosity and a commitment to continuous personal and professional growth, aiming to contribute positively to the development of ethical and responsible AI technologies.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining ethical AI practices.

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.

• Familiarity with responsible AI frameworks such as Fairness, Accountability, and Transparency in Machine Learning (FAT/ML).

• Familiarity with programming languages like Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other relevant AI frameworks.
