Base Pay Range: $89,400.00 - $152,000.00 Annually

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Supply Chain Responsible Sourcing Program Manager

We are seeking a Program manager of Supply Chain Responsible Sourcing to take this commitment to the next level!
You will be responsible for managing all elements of KLA's Responsible Sourcing Program in collaboration with multiple organizations. This includes managing KLA's supplier Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) program designing supplier engagement strategies, processes, procedures, and tracking success. In this role you will provide guidance across multiple organizations, integrating Responsible Sourcing standards and methodologies.
Specific responsibilities:

- Reassess, lead, and expand the overall Supplier Responsible Sourcing programs including the Supplier RBA Program strategic direction, collaborating with supply chain management, corporate compliance, and our environmental and social governance teams.
- Navigate and adapt in complex, uncertain and changing situations
- Provide insights based on market trends to help improve the Supplier Responsible Sourcing initiative
- Promote visibility of Responsible Sourcing to key decision makers in the business
- Engage in external relationships with the RBA and other Responsible Sourcing industry leaders
Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or related major, master's degree is a plus
- Preference for someone with experience in supply chain responsible sourcing and supply chain compliance initiatives, supply chain sustainability, supply chain auditing or related field
- Excellent business insight with demonstrated courage and ability to influence business leaders
- Experience with business analytics, change management, and communicating difficult concepts to senior leadership
- Ability to travel as required up to 10% of time
Minimum Qualifications
Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.
