Restoration & Reconstruction Project Manager

We are seeking a Restoration/Remodeling Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Responsibilities: • Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation • Allocate resources for assigned projects • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors • Interact with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients • Negotiate with sub-contractors and vendors to receive reasonable order costs • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications Qualifications: • Previous experience in construction management or other related fields • Previous experience in Kitchen & Bath Remodeling • Familiarity with construction management software • Strong leadership qualities • Strong Customer Service skills • Strong negotiation skills • Strong Technology skills (Laptop,iPad,iPhone). • Deadline and detail-oriented We require extensive criminal background checks as a part of our employment.
