Eaton's Power Distribution Control Assemblies (PDCA) is currently seeking a Strategy Analyst through RESURGE PROGRAM. The position will be hybrid with an expected 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

What you'll do:

Role Responsibilities include:
• Develop and implement strategic plans and objectives aligned with the company's mission and values.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between strategy and operations.
• Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Measure the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make necessary adjustments.
• Lead and manage strategic projects and initiatives.
• Identify and address issues and risks that could affect the achievement of strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

Basic qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited
• Minimum three (3) years work experience
• Minimum two (2) years work experience in strategy, marketing, management consulting, or a related field
• No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Arden, NC to be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ year of a voluntary career break from your profession
• Up to 10% travel may be required
• 2+ years of market analysis or financial planning experience

Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package commensurate with applicable skills, knowledge, and experience and consistent with internal and external market practices. The salary for this role is $90,000 a year.
