ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for someone who can embrace goodr’s brand voice and culture and share it out to the world. The goodr cabana is a fully curated retail experience and the team is responsible for overseeing every aspect of the operation from stocking and cleaning to organizing events and spearheading community outreach. We are looking for someone fun and outgoing who also has great attention to detail and the ability to build strong grassroots relationships with local groups and businesses. This is a part-time position. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Opening and closing the cabana with a careful eye for detail
• Guiding guests through the whole cabana experience
• Processing sales, returns and exchanges
• Working with our Community Managers to plan and host various parties and events
• Instigating shot o’ clocks
• Helping with our social media marketing
• Willing to pitch new ideas and playlists
• Building relationships with retail neighbors and partners
• All cleaning and upkeep of the cabana

ABOUT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE 

• May or may not have a degree...we don’t care (bonus points for Basset Hound Science or Dinosaur Law)
• Loves everything above 
• Ask a lot of questions 
• Will have experience leading
