Retail Customer Service & Sales Associate

Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will engage with customers, assist them in finding products, and contribute to the overall success of our retail operations. This role is for a dynamic customer service person who is looking for a chance to control their income and add a sales dynamic, and brand ambassador type role. Responsibilities • Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner. • Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately while handling transactions. • Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product information to effectively upsell and cross-sell items. • Assist with stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining a clean store environment. • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall shopping experience.
