Retail Facilities Manager:
We're looking for an energetic and friendly Retail Facilities Manager to assist the Retail Department with facilities management for our retail stores. The position will be based in Los Angeles.
 What You’ll Do:
- Support our retail stores to ensure facility projects, recurring maintenance and ad-hoc support needs occur smoothly and seamlessly
- Manage third party facilities management system (ServiceChannel) to support and action retail store work requests and drive them to completion in a quick and efficient manner and within budgets and quality expectations
- Proactively communicate and update the Retail field with Facilities open items, status and KPIs
- Assist with preventative maintenance scheduling for all retail stores through Service Channel
- Regularly visit store locations in your region to ensure any issues are being resolved and that facility is up to brand standards
- Coordinate with Regional Directors and Interiors teams to facilitate store audits and refreshes
- Work with the Retail Development team on facilitation of larger existing store projects (i.e. store remodels)
- Manage new and existing store utilities set up with the Reformation AP teamÂ
- Develop and oversee the store budget for Repairs and Maintenance and adhere to expense guidelinesÂ
- Support monthly retail OpEx reviews with Director of Retail Operations and Finance team and look for cost optimization/efficiencies
- Manage security system (ADT) contact lists for stores and distribution of alarm codes for store personnel
- Work with Interiors and Retail Development to ensure elements used in stores balance brand, sustainability and budget
- Communicate directly with the Store Managers on any Facilities needs, support or resolution
- Provide facilities operations training for the Store Manager team as needed
- Support new store openings as needed to facilitate turnover from Retail Development/GC to Retail Ops.
- Support corporate facilities as needed to ensure the safety of the corporate offices and Distribution Center.

What You’ll Need:
- 1+ year relevant administrative experience in a fast-paced, creative environment; prior operations or facilities management experience a plus
- Must be able to work Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5PM and be readily available as emergencies might arise to include evenings, weekends and holidays
- Positive and supportive, able to work under pressure with a helpful attitude, team player.
- Strong research and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once
- Sense of urgencyÂ
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Google Apps and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Strong execution and follow up abilityÂ
- Ability to travel to visit store locations within assigned regionÂ
- Must be Los Angeles based
