F&G is looking to hire a Retail Forms Specialist.
Job Summary
The Retail Forms Specialist is responsible for the efficient and effective coordination of various projects related to forms creation, revision, and distribution, ensuring they are accurate, compliant, and meeting the needs of the organization and customers. Duties of this role can encompass a range of tasks to support the department's goals and objectives.
This position reports to the Manager, Retail Forms Management and is part of the Retail Implementation organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts and stakeholders to determine request needs. Establish project plans and timelines with all involved parties.
- Coordinate the creation, review, and revision of forms, ensuring they comply with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts, legal, compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of forms.
- Adhere to standard naming conventions and version controls to ensure filing and tracking of documents.
- Act as a liaison between Retail Forms Management and other teams. Facilitate communication and information exchange to ensure seamless collaboration on projects.
- Regularly monitor project timelines and milestones. Provide status updates to stakeholders and management, highlighting any deviations from the original plan and proposing adjustments when necessary.
- Conduct content reviews of requested forms work for quality, clarity, and exhibiting the voice of F&G.
- Address inquiries and concerns related to forms promptly.
- Continuously assess and improve the forms creation and management processes. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce redundancies, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Schedule and facilitate form project meetings and distribute meeting notes.
- Maintain project schedule by entering and updating project tickets and milestones, following up with task owners on statuses.
- Assist with project prioritization.
- Participate in project-related meetings to ensure productive outcomes.
- Provide feedback on communications related to form updates.
Experience and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of forms management, communications, project coordination, marketing, writing/editing or related experience
- Insurance industry-specific experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to write and edit documents for clear, consumer language
- Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Problem solving aptitude
- Team player with good attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Other Requirements
- Regular and punctual attendance
- Some travel may be required (less than 10%)
- Perform other functions, duties and projects as assigned
