Retail Inventory Specialist (Flight Club) at GOAT Group

In this role, you will:

Execute daily outbound stock transfers to other store and warehouse locations
Process daily inbound stock transfers from other store and warehouse locations
Research and investigate inventory related issues
Execute regular inventory cycle counts. Resolve and report variances
Identify and resolve issues with products in-transit or incorrect location status
Proactively collaborate with other departments to accomplish inventory related goals
Communicate with other teams to ensure accurate inventory and timely service
Thrive on problem solving and creating solutions derived from data
Use data to provide impactful analysis on inventory trends to minimize loss

We are looking for:

Minimum 3 years experience working in an inventory control or order management setting
Experience with inventory tools, systems and processes in a retail or warehouse setting
Experience in order fulfillment, fulfillment support, order picking and inbound/outbound stock processes
Proficient use of Excel and Google Sheets
Strong background in maintaining a high volume of constantly changing inventory
Proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Flexible schedule with ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Must be able to work while standing and walking and be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong knowledge of the sneaker industry is a plus
Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus

The hiring range for this position is below, plus benefits (401K, paid time off, dental, medical, vision, disability, life insurance options). To determine starting pay within the hiring range, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, role/level, a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. $18.50—$20 USD
