Retail Operations Coordinator

Overview

We’re excited to be looking for a Retail Operations Coordinator to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. Reporting to our Retail Operations Manager, you will help oversee the retail inventory integrity process, while working closely with our store teams to identify and improve current procedures and systems.

What you’ll do

• Support our Retail Operations Manager in overseeing the retail inventory integrity process, including inbound communication, receiving reconciliations, transfers, and internal inventory management system processing 
• Partner closely with store and HQ teams to identify operational opportunities and create plans of action for improvement
• Assist in the development of operational procedures and processes (standard operating procedures) 
• Help manage facilities and maintenance workload, budget, and optimization 
• Participate in the NSO process through overseeing inventory, technology, and facilities integration and optimization in new stores 
• Partner with our Retail Operations Manager to communicate updates and rollouts to stores through appropriate communication channels using engaging, informative, and precise language, and presentations 
• Analyze store architecture and product planning data to create store capacity reporting in order to optimize inventory flow and store space management

We're looking for someone who brings

• 1-3 years of store or corporate operations experience; prior experience in a direct to consumer space is a plus!
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets 
• Experience with Monday.com, Gura, and Jira is a plus! 
• Ability to work in an ambiguous environment
• Strong attention to detail, strategic thinking, and problem solving skills 
• Excellent communication and time management skills
