Retail Operations Lead
Job Description
In this role you will:
- Proactively plan for all operational processes, appropriately scheduling and training associates
- Provide leadership to ensure team objectives around quality, safety, and expense management are met
- Provide leadership and guidance regarding all stock movement within the facility
- Monitor quality control of the inbound, outbound, verification, and support processes to ensure all procedures are followed and service level agreements are met
- Execute Operational ‘Open and Close’ procedures of the store
- Work with associates to assist order fulfillment and store support activities
- Manage supply inventory and supply replenishment to support shipping and other business operations
- Track and troubleshoot stock transfer and customer order issues
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of all warehouse areas and workstations
- Assist in maintaining Flight Club standards and promoting a positive on-site culture
- Be an ambassador of Flight Club’s Core Values
- Full time position - will have varied schedule will include morning, evening, weekend and holiday shifts to support the needs of the business
- 1-2 years experience in operations, parcel carrier facility, distribution center or warehouse environment preferred
- 1-2 years experience in a leadership role
- Training and experience in Loss Prevention tactics
- Must be a highly flexible team player with willingness to communicate
- Willing to complete different tasks and work extra hours as needed
- Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 10 hours, be able to continuously climb and descend stairs safely and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
