About You

We are looking for a Retail Operations Manager who is technically savvy and ready to wear multiple hats. The ideal candidate is ready to join a rapidly growing team. We value strategic thinkers, motivated self-starters with positive attitudes and strong work ethic. You should have superlative organizational and communication skills and a strong eye for quality and detail.

As Retail Operations Manager, you will help assist with multiple job responsibilities within the operations function. The ROM will work with our team to process orders through our operation in an accurate and timely manner. The work will be fundamental to the success of the business, ensuring that POs are processed as well as making sure that the items are handled and packaged correctly for outbound shipment. This position will work to optimize our Retail Operations and will coordinate closely with a variety of cross-functional work teams.

What you will do

  • Responsible for all incoming purchase orders for retail and timely fulfillment 
  • Concisely organize information on order status and shipment
  • Ensure all packaging requirements are being followed to avoid any chargeback 
  • Monitor returns process performance, cancellations and changes to orders in partnership with the 3PL to drive improvements
  • Collaborate closely with Retail and Tech Team for any new retail integration 
  • Ensure that EDI is set up properly 
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks with corrective action plans while working under strict deadlines
  • Partner with key members of Retail and Operations team with recommendations to drive improvements to Retail Operations process
  • Collaborate with the Operations team and appropriate stakeholders to implement new processes/procedures and monitor operational activities 
  • Provide reporting and analysis to monitor and drive improvements to performance, quality and cost
  • Assess and align procedures to streamline workflow that impact Retail Operational process
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols

About you

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience working in Retail Operations, 3PL with the focus on B2B
  • Open Sell Experience 
  • EDI/SPS Commerce Experience 
  • Sense of urgency to perform tasks to timelines
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Excellent communication, project management and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to handle competing priorities and tasks
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
