Retail Sales Associate

Armstrong McCall Professional Beauty Supply is looking for energetic, self-motivated, and reliable retail sales associates to join our team. We are currently hiring for a full time position in our Round Rock location. Duties Include: • Assisting our professional clients to increase sales and foster a positive experience • Weekly checking in and stocking of freight, which includes some heavy lifting • Designing displays and merchandising store shelves • Ringing up customers • Opening and closing duties along with making deposits • Keeping stores clean, sanitized, fronted, and attractive We offer ongoing training and support, employee discounts, paid leave, and benefits! This is an entry level position within our company with rapid room for growth. Starting pay will be up to $15 an hour, based on experience.Bonuses based on meeting sales goals are also available. We are open Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 3pm. Retail and sales experience is a must. Knowledge and/or interest in the professional beauty industry is a plus!
