RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE

Responsibilities: - Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Process returns and exchanges - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Answer customer inquiries and provide product information - Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service Qualifications: - Fluent in English and Spanish - Strong time management skills to ensure efficient checkout process - Organizational skills to maintain a clean and orderly checkout area - Basic technical sales knowledge to assist customers Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
