Retail Sales Associate (with Outdoor Duties)

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a driven, people-focusedRetail Sales Associateto join our team—someone who thrives in both indoor and outdoor sales environments. In this hybrid role, you'll engage directly with walk-in customers in the store while also taking initiative to grow sales in the field through outreach and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:In-Store Sales Duties:
• Welcome customers and provide a professional, helpful experience
• Recommend and upsell products based on customer needs
• Process sales through POS systems with accuracy and care
• Resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty
• Contribute to meeting or exceeding daily and monthly sales goals
Outdoor Sales Duties:
• Conduct field visits to connect with potential customers and build relationships
• Generate new leads and follow up on prospects in your assigned territory
• Deliver product knowledge presentations and distribute marketing materials
• Track outdoor sales performance and share insights with the team
• Represent the brand with professionalism in the community
• Collaborate with store team to align marketing and sales strategies

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college a plus)
• At least 1 year of retail, customer service, or field sales experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable approaching and engaging people in various environments
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors as needed
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
