Job Description
Our client, a popular fashion brand, is looking for a professional and dependable seasonal sales associate to join their Los Angeles team for the holidays!
Responsibilities:
β’ Customer serviceβ Providing exceptional hospitality and assistance to guests, providing recommendations, product demonstrations, answering questions.
β’ Sales- Identifying business opportunities, achieving sales quotas, preparing sales proposals.
β’ Cash Register- Operating POS, processing payments, online orders, and refunds.
β’ Problem Solving- Responding to guest concerns and complaints in a professional and constructive manner.
β’ Time Management- Juggling multiple tasks at once, such as replenishing merchandise, assisting guests, and recovering the sales floor.
Requirements:
β’ Well-groomed and professional, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
β’ Experience in retail with a passion for selling and customer service.
