Retail Associate – Urban Value Corner Store (Downtown Dallas Location) • Must live within 15–20 minutes of Downtown Dallas About the Role: Urban Value Corner Store is seeking a dependable, customer-focusedRetail Associateto join our team. This position is critical in maintaininginventory accuracy, deliveringoutstanding customer service, and ensuring the store staysclean, stocked, and inviting—every hour, every day. Key Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment • Accurately receive, stock, and merchandise inventory • Monitor shelves and coolers to ensure they are neat, stocked, and presentable • Follow all store policies and procedures, including safety and cash handling • Support the team with restocking, product rotation, and daily operational tasks • Communicate product needs, low stock, or issues to the manager promptly Qualifications: • Prior retail or convenience store experience preferred, but not required • Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team • Strong attention to detail with a proactive mindset • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift • Must live within 15–20 minutes of Downtown Dallas • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus • High school diploma or equivalent Why Urban Value? • Paid training • Bi-weekly pay • Supportive and team-oriented culture • Opportunity to grow within a stable, values-driven company Urban Value Corner Store is anequal-opportunity employer.
