Retail Sales Lead Generator

Southwest Greens is seeking a positive and energetic individual to join our team of sales representatives located throughout The Greater Bay Area. Your core responsibility will be to generate leads at several Costco stores. Responsibilities: • Generate leads at the Costco warehouses • Prequalify prospective customers in store • Coordinate with office staff to ensure customer needs are met • Attend quarterly sales meetings at our primary office in San Carlos • Will report directly to President and office manager Requirements: • 1+ year(s) prior sales experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Dedicated and ethical approach to sales and sales operations • Ability to work with little or no supervision • Ability to develop collaborative relationships and act as a well-respected, trusted partner that others want to work with • Reliable transportation • Primary language must be English • Live scan required to work at all Costco stores • Weekend work is required Compensation: Hourly rate is $20 - $24.00 per hour depending on experience. There will be a bonus of $5.00 per lead that turns into a qualified appointment.
