Retail Sales Professional

Job Title: Retail Sales Professional - Rare Collectibles Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for rare collectibles? We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Retail Sales Professional to join our upscale collectibles store. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-value collectibles such as vinyl, comic books, sports memorabilia, trading cards, or antique items, and will bring a professional, client-focused approach to all aspects of the role. Key Responsibilities: ● Maintain a polished, professional sales floor appearance at all times. ● Provide high-end customer service experiences, offering expert advice and guidance. ● Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, including high-net-worth individuals. ● Stay current on trends and market conditions within the collectibles industry to ensure business growth. ● Assist with the display, merchandising, and sales of rare collectibles. ● Handle cash and transactions with accuracy and professionalism. ● Work collaboratively with the sales team and report to the MOD (Manager on Duty). ● Be open to learning new skills and applying them effectively to enhance job performance and contribute to the store's growth. ● We’re looking for a team member who is excited to grow professionally alongside our store, with potential for increased responsibility and advancement. Required Qualifications: ● Proven experience in selling high-value collectibles or similar luxury merchandise. ● Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Shopify, eBay, and Microsoft Excel. ● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor. ● Ability to maintain a flexible schedule that reflects store needs. ● Knowledge of the collectibles market, including current trends and selling strategies. ● Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team to achieve sales goals. This position requires a background check.
