Job Duties and Responsibilities
In this Senior Software Engineering Manager - Retail Store Technology position, you will be responsible for the applications that our retailers and dealers use to operate their business while supporting our customers for Boost Mobile. This position is a critical role that focuses on the technical integrations between multiple systems, vendors, and its touchpoints to the core business systems.
Key Responsibilities:

• Build a team of world class talent that can deliver quickly and accurately
• Mentor team members to advance both technical capabilities and career development
• Manage Vendor Relationships and resources to build and maintain platforms
• Manage tight deadlines on complex deliverables to meet business needs
• Escalate issues appropriately with clear and concise root cause analysis and remediation recommendations
• Present project timelines, objectives, and progress to executive management

These applications will be developed both with teams that report through this position and with centers of enablement external to the team. A successful candidate will be able to help ensure both the success of delivery and the growth of the overall capability in the larger organization.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and/or Experience:

• 7+ years of experience leading and managing high performing teams, with a track record of successfully recruiting and developing talent
• Experience in managing complex system requirements
• ***Must have strong knowledge of retail (in store) operations.
• ***Experience in retail technology systems ie. Point of Sale systems (POS) or in store technology - inventory.
• Experience in software engineering
• Experience with customer experience/journey design
• Experience with vendor management for software delivery

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $127,050.00/Year - $181,500.00/Year

The base pay range provided is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies. Compensation is also based on the role's location and may change depending on the work location. Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check. The posting will be active for a minimum of 3 days and will continue to extend by 3 days until the position is filled.
