THE ROLE
- Partner with Senior Director, Retail to define and align business/product performance, and visual merchandising objectivesÂ
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, and Retail Operations department leads to ensure the in-store experience is executed in a manner that captures brand and campaign messaging
- Work with Merchandising, Planning & Allocations teams to inform product assortment in an intentional, results driven mannerÂ
- Create and implement a scalable retail visual merchandising calendar and program to include merchandising floor sets, styling, and signage directivesÂ
- Create and deliver visual communication tools, partnering with merchandising and retail HQ teams to ensure alignment and a high level of executionÂ
- Continuously work closely with store management teams and retail HQ partners to ensure visual merchandising supports store performance targets
- Conduct virtual / in-person store visits and provide detailed feedback and action plans for visual merchandising improvements
- Ensure all retail touchpoints successfully represent the brand story, tone, and customer ethos
- Capture real time actionable feedback and insights from the field (via observation, customers and store teams) that enrich understanding and inform decisions
WHAT WILL SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS:
- 3-5 years experience in a visual merchandising role; corporate experience a plus.
- Experience in apparel business required
- The ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively helping bridge the gap between departmentsÂ
- A high standard of and ownership of customer experience
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to problem-solve any problem no matter how big or smallÂ

- Salary range $70,000 - $90,000Â *This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this NYC - based position. The base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: experience and qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other MW employees.
