Retention Associate

Ready to be a Titan?
You will make an impact on supporting our Customer's in Pre-Implementation, our Corporate Account Executives and CS. This role ties back to ServiceTitan's mission in being a Champion for the Customer.
Your goals will be to support the SRS team in protecting our Onboarding stick rate
What you'll do:

• Support Corporate Sales and Sales Retention Specialists
• Manage attendance for Onboarding Kick Off Calls for all Corporate Customers
• Assist customers with general questions of account or payment set up
• Contract discussions/negotiations
• QA for MIA Customers

What you'll bring:

• Passion to deeply understand the Trades
• Intrinsically motivated
• Slow to judge/form opinions
• Embody SLT guiding principles: Keep a blue head, Entitled to nothing grateful for everything
• Junior Sales experience (6 months to 1 year)
