Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of internship experience in a related field
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of project management systems and digital asset management systems
Job Summary
As a Retention Campaign Manager, you will lead, strategize, and execute campaigns. Responsibilities in this role include delivering messaging direction, ensuring marketing channel deliverables are consistent and launch on time, and reporting results.
Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and aligning on goals
- Assist the Research team in developing and aligning on strategic insights that can be used to drive work
- Assist with writing and implementation of campaign and project briefs
- Help facilitate campaign kickoff meetings with the Creative team and the communication channels
- Assist in identifying testing opportunities to optimize campaign communications, communicate learnings and incorporate learnings into future communications
- With direction, work through multiple content/creative variations to speak to specific audience subsets when targeted marketing opportunities are available
- Assist with the development of campaign reporting and outcome presentations
