What you’ll do @ Omnisend:

• Take ownership of retention strategies, focusing initially on specific customer segments experiencing churn;
• Implement effective retention tactics, ensuring timely execution without getting bogged down by high-level strategizing;
• Act swiftly on retention plans while maintaining a strategic approach;
• Build strong relationships within the organization and influence others to support retention efforts;
• Help develop and execute customer success and product marketing initiatives to enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.

We expect that you’ll bring:

• At least 2 years of experience in a retention-focused role, ideally within a SaaS organization;
• Strong implementation skills with a focus on delivering tangible results;
• Obsession with customer success and a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors;
• Ability to think strategically while acting quickly to implement solutions;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of rallying support for retention initiatives;
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and insights from customer data;
• Comfortable with taking initiative and working independently as well as part of a team;
• Fluent in English.
