Retention Marketing Manager/Specialist

We have a fun, fast-paced & close-knit workplace environment and are looking for an experienced Retention Marketing Manager/Specialist to join the team. This role will be directly responsible for the following:

• Increase member loyalty and retention revenue and orders for our products
• Develop and execute creative new email and SMS marketing campaigns, working with the cross-functional teams
• Design and manage A/B and multivariate tests; deliver results as well as insights for the rest of the team
• Create and launch new email and SMS automations
• Identify and execute novel opportunities, that drive revenue to deliver on the company's overall strategy
• Perform customer and database research to identify new growth opportunities
• Define, drive improve and report on KPIs for all initiatives
• Partner with product on new launches

Requirements

• 2 to 7 years of consumer marketing experience
• Experience managing a DTC email marketing program
• Ideally have graphics design skills and experience
• Experience with Klaviyo or a similar ESP
• Growth mindset
• Experience building customer segmentation and workflows
• Strong excel and quantitative skills
• Well organized, detail oriented, efficient with time management
• Collaborative working style with positive attitude
• Ability to grow an active email marketing database
• Prior P&L responsibility
