The Retention Project Specialist is responsible for improving throughput by moving projects from a "Stuck" status into Progress. Retention Project Specialist will also do proactive outreach to prevent cancellations from our high-risk customers, projects that are not moving forward and increase top-of-the-funnel throughput. The ideal candidate is a self-starting individual who is driven by teamwork and achieving goal

Responsibilities:• Maintain professional and amiable communication with Vendors and sales reps. Some customer outreach may be needed.• Resolve concerns regarding solar design, installation, and financing• Make and receive calls with vendors and sales reps.• Work through CRM to identify project needs to move forward.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE SOLAR EXPERIENCE
• Solar Project Management experience
• Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication
• Persuasive/Salesmanship
• Creative Problem Solving
• Organized and efficient
• Solar sales experience
• 3+ years sales or customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED required

• Wednesday - Sunday 10 AM - 6:30PM PST

Compensation

• Full-time $20-25/hr
