The Retention Specialist is responsible for improving throughput by educating our customers on the benefits of solar and resolving any concerns. In addition to retaining customers, the Retention Specialist will also do proactive outreach to prevent cancellations from our high-risk customers and increase top-of-the-funnel throughput. The ideal candidate is a self-starting individual who is driven by teamwork and achieving goals.

Responsibilities:• Maintain professional and amiable communication with customers regarding any questions• Resolve concerns regarding solar design, installation, and financing• Make and receive calls with customers regarding cancellation • Stay up to date on industry news and trends to anticipate potential impact to our customers

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:• Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication• PersuasiveSalesmanship• Creative Problem Solving• Organized and efficient• Solar sales experience• 3+ years sales or customer service experience• Comfortable with escalated customers - knowledge of de-escalation tactics ideal• High school diploma or GED required

Schedule:• Monday - Friday 11AM EST - 7:30PM EST

Compensation

• Full-time $22-24/hr
• Competitive bonus/incentives ($500-1,000 per saved deal)
