Job Description

This team is responsible for coordinating and completing product changes and fund changes for 401K plans. This is an entry level role with supportive on the job training.
Responsibilities include:
-Reviewing systems, process, and procedures to execute on client/advisor/partner directions with the help of various job aids and reference materials.
-Creating investment selection materials and other client executables
-Underwriting of investment options and feature functionality to implement changes
-Communicating with clients/advisors/partners on directives
-Executing on requests
- Responsible for completing plan level migrations to firm level 3(38) and 3(21) products. This entails communicating with clients and advisors, receiving and reviewing all paperwork as well as keying plan updates into internal systems.
- Responsible for creating paperwork that clients will sign to change products or changes funds within their plan.
- Responsible for completing advisor or client driven product and platform changes across various platforms and products.
- Responsible for underwriting fund changes and keying them into the system to be completed. This includes careful review of all funds being added as well as being responsible for the completion and submission of stable value and CIT paperwork.
- Responsible for sales and service escalations, save opportunities and complex outside the box transactions
- Responsible for projects that include system and process improvements, reporting, product/feature testing and new product launches
- Responsible for completing and processing internal spinoffs and mergers which includes taking and executing client direction regarding the merger or acquisition on their plans, and scheduling and submitting all transactions
Required: 1-3 years experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
- Accuracy in a high volume environment
- Strong organizational skills
