Responsibilities:
- Administration of retirement plans including preparation and review of annual plan administration, compliance testing, periodic/quarterly client and participant reports, and IRS & DOL returns and reports.
- Calculate and allocate plan contributions, process participant distribution and loan requests.
- Assist clients and participants with retirement plan related questions.
- Consult with clients to design and prepare plan documents/amendments.
- Work with a variety of record-keeping platforms to provide third party administration services.
- Prepare and review Form 5500 for retirement, and health and welfare plans.
- Research resource material regarding DOL and IRS code, ERISA and other changes to retirement plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or similar field.
- 3 - 5 years of retirement plan administration.
- Relius Software Suite experience required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Must be detail oriented and maintain high levels of accuracy.
- Knowledge and practicable application ability with retirement plan services, plan design, and record keeping processes and procedures.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Wipfli supports equal pay for equal work and values each candidate's unique experiences and skill sets. The estimated pay range for this position is: $55,000 to $80,000. Compensation within the range is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to location, individuals' skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, business needs and applicable employment laws.
Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
