Basic Qualifications:

• Currently in Lilly company sponsored assisted educational leave full-time MBA program
• Currently enrolled in a MBA program

• Must be an Inactive full-time sponsored educational leave Employee
• Sponsored by Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Sales, Information Digital Sciences, Corporate Affairs or Global Health Outcomes from 2021 through 2023

Additional Skills:

• 3 to 7 years of professional work experience with growing responsibilities in business related disciplines.
• Demonstrated leadership
• Previous pharmaceutical or healthcare experience is a plus, but not a requirement
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated collaboration

• Flexibility and adaptability
• Strong learning agility
