Returning Professionals Program (RPP) - Engineering
Are you an engineer at heart (by degree or experience), but not currently working in an engineering role? Have you taken a career break to raise a family, care for a loved one or simply taken time out to travel or achieve another life goal? Ready to return to the profession? Program duration: 6 months
Program location: Multiple positions available at Caterpillar facilities based in Cambridgeshire UK
Basic Qualifications:

• Degree or relevant experience in a Science, Mathematics, Engineering or Field customer facing discipline
• Previous related engineering experience
• Currently on a career break

Top candidate may also have experience with (depending on the specific position):

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous analysis, design, or system engineering experience
• Experience enhancing team creativity; facilitating team cooperation
• Project management experience
• Relevant foundational product or service development experience, such as:
  
  • Conceptual design
  • Development of product and/or process
  • Data analysis & extraction
  • Failure resolution & prevention
  • Requirements management
  • Commercial Acumen
