Job Summary:

This position supports the Revenue Accounting department and is responsible for recording, distributing and reconciling oil and gas revenue. In addition, this position may perform regulatory reporting related to production taxes and/or government royalties.

Job Duties:

• Prepares reports, schedules and reconciliations associated with oil, gas and NGL revenue
• Prepares and uploads necessary revenue-related journal entries into the appropriate accounting system
• Assists in the analysis and preparation of revenue-related financial data
• Ad Hoc projects as requested by management
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor
• Internal applicants should meet all eligibility requirements per employee handbook.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required (in Finance/Accounting preferred); CPA or related professional certification preferred
• No years of experience required for entry level.
• Mid/high level candidates with a minimum of 3 to 7 years' experience preferred.
• May consider public accounting or oil & gas accounting experience in lieu of years of experience
• Revenue Accounting or JIB experience preferred
• Quorum experience a plus
• Salary competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
