Job Description
Requirements
- Perform comprehensive review of sales contracts working in cooperation with the revenue operations team, sales team, and legal team as need be. Review includes all major pertinent items such as proper financial terms, dates, amounts, legal company rules, and payment amounts
- Experience with Salesforce.com, NetSuite, Celigo a plus. Role requires the integration from SFDC.com into NetSuite via Celigo. A review in both systems is required. Must be able to troubleshoot CRM and ERP as required. Intermediate to advanced excel skills required
- Provide reporting and forecasting on all company revenue and sales contract information, including booking, ARR and MRR, sales pipeline, churn, monthly backlog, contract balances, etc.
- Work with accounts payable to clean up longstanding contract balances via credits, addendums, changes orders, clawbacks etc, as well as prepare the initial invoices from the sales order within the ERP.
- Work with the Revenue Manager on worldwide sales commission calculations.
