What You Will Be Doing
ChargePoint is looking for an part-time Intern, about 20 hours a week, to work with the revenue team in a high-energy, growth environment. The timing can be flexible and can accommodate the candidate’s college education.
This individual will be responsible for contributing to the revenue cycle and related functions and must be able to partner with internal and external customers. The ideal candidate is analytical and inquisitive with strong attention to detail and should be able to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment that is extremely demanding and deadline driven. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate articulately, possess very good problem solving skills and is a process-oriented individual who is also flexible and thrives in a demanding startup setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed analysis of revenue contracts and related revenue metricsÂ
- Work directly with the revenue team to provide analytical and process support
- Research and respond to inquiries, regarding contract revenue treatment, as well as, inquiries that require additional explanation or supporting documentation, providing the highest level of customer service
- Assist in requests and Ad hoc reporting
What You Will Bring to ChargePoint
- Minimum of three years of college education
- The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background in accounting and finance, an understanding of revenue recognition principles, the ability to work independently, and excellent organizational skills
- Experience from prior work or internships preferred
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP's (NetSuite preferred)
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

The targeted US salary range for roles at this operating level is $25 to $30. This range represents base salary and does not reflect equity, benefits or variable pay where applicable. Actual base salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications and specific work location.
