Revenue Accounting Operations - Staff Accountant

Description

Are you a staff accountant looking for a challenging role within a growing organization? Zywave is looking for a staff accountant to assist with the day-to-day processing of variable invoicing and revenue transactions for the legacy ITC business. This role will also help manage the accounts receivable collections surrounding the aged invoices of this business and handling any manual invoice customer support questions coming in.

This role will continue to expand in other order management areas including but not limited to the following;

• Manual tasks associated with Salesforce contracts requiring special white glove handling such as compilations of invoices
• manual invoicing of other previously acquired companies as they are integrated into the Revenue Accounting Operations team
• manual invoicing of other future acquisitions

Factors for Success

• 1- 3 years of professional experience
• Bachelors degree
• Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce Billing, Intacct, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office
• A positive attitude and strong organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently raising questions to managers in a timely manner
