Job Overview:

As a Revenue Analyst at Mitratech you will be a key part of Mitratech’s FP&A Team. You will be responsible for supporting the forecasting of revenue, reporting on Annual Recurring Revenue (“ARR”) and revenue retention metrics.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and maintain revenue models and detailed forecasts
• Compare historical results against budgets and forecasts, and perform variance analysis to explain differences in performance and make necessary adjustments to the forecast
• Actively engage with revenue operations, sales and customer success leaders on a monthly basis to gather insights, review assumptions, and incorporate relevant data into the financial forecast model.
• Assist in preparation of monthly and quarterly Board packages
• Reconcile Salesforce and Netsuite data, working closely with the accounting and revenue operations team to ensure revenue and Annual Recurring Revenue is recorded appropriately
• Provide insightful analysis on key revenue, Annual Recurring Revenue and Customer Retention metrics, highlighting trends, opportunities, and potential risks to support decision-making processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate acquisitions into the forecasting process and existing business systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in the forecasting process to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Requirements & Skills:

• Strong attention to detail with focus on accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to productively collaborate across multiple teams and personalities
• Analytically minded with the ability to manage large datasets and solve complex problems with creative solutions
• High degree of integrity and ability to work with confidential information
• Ability to take initiative, produce quality work, and meet tight deadlines
• Team player with a high degree of ownership that excels in dynamic and fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of Salesforce and FP&A planning tools and/or a willingness to learn Anaplan
• General knowledge of revenue accounting policies and procedures
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel

Experience/Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• 3+ years of revenue operations, finance or accounting experience
• Background in SaaS, software or information technology is a plus
