At Sana Commerce, we are looking for a Revenue Analyst to join our Revenue Excellence and Operations team and partner with Sana sales & marketing leaders to drive productivity, insights & analytics, and sales & marketing performance management. Revenue Analyst drives revenue confidence through analytics and provides insights to become more productive and scalable. This often translates into process improvement initiatives globally. An important part of this role is to own the marketing analytics and liaise with the marketing team on campaign performance, reporting on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement. You will support the Head of Revenue Intelligence with managing the intent model we use for Account-based marketing.Â

Job Description
What you'll be doing:Â
- Be responsible for overall paid strategy and Always-on strategy and campaigns, as well as Always-on ad management on all paid channels (Paid Search, Display, Paid Social & 6Sense);Â
- Reporting and sharing with the entire marketing team on overall Paid performance;Â
- Analysing operational, market and product data;Â
- Building and maintaining Power BI reports;Â
- Conducting ad-hoc analysis and answering questions from stakeholders, translating them into recommendations;Â
- Performing operational tasks based on your analytical recommendations (e.g. provide target account lists, and identify the most promising accounts based on customer intent).Â
Qualifications
What you'll bring:Â
- A Bachelor's degree;
- A minimum of 4+ years of experience in a revenue analyst role or similar;
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (SQL or Python preferred);Â
- Knowledge of dimensional data and data visualisation tools;Â
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills and ability to think through problems end-to-end.
