This position reports directly to the Business Unit CFO of EPI. As a key finance business partner, the candidate will anticipate internal and/or external business challenges and actively influence management with critical analysis and sound business advice. This role collaborates with various cross-functional organizations globally and requires the ability to provide solutions to complex problems. Works independently to support a complex and growing business with a diverse set of new and existing products serving high share applications to commodity type applications.

Major Responsibilities

This is a dynamic role that will enable the candidate to provide financial analysis support for revenue in partnership with Operations. The position requires an individual who is eager to work across functions and levels to provide valued Finance support

• Business partnering with executive management team; primary finance partner for Business Management Operations organization and support finance partner for Business Management organization

• Support of strategic financial planning, measurement, and execution around value capture opportunities

• Deal analysis - partnering with Business Management on profitability & commercials

• Days Sales Outstanding, FGI dwell time measurement & reporting

• Support for scenario planning and market share calculations in BU S&OP Demand Reviews

• Primary coordination point across functions to drive build plan reconciliation alignment

• Bookings, billing, backlog analysis and market share forecast

• Forecasting & delivering predictable financial results

• Close/GAAP, including balance sheet management

• Process improvement in collaboration with peers in SPG

• Support for all Agile Finance initiatives

Education & Experience

• 2-4 years of corporate finance experience preferred

• Bachelor's degree in business/accounting/finance or related field

U.S. Salary Range:

$104,000.00 - $143,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on a number of factors including location and level and will vary depending on confirmed job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
