Revenue and Cash Operations Accountant

Role

As the Revenue and Cash Operations Accountant at Intrinsic, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the efficiency of our billing and payment operations. Your primary focus will be on optimizing processes, ensuring Intrinsic's readiness for business expansion. In this capacity, you will take the lead in supervising the Stripe reconciliation process, encompassing revenue recognition and cash receipts. Additionally, you will provide guidance to back-office teams sourced from vendors, assisting them in analyzing global system data and recording entries in SAP's general ledger.

Collaboration is a cornerstone of this role, as you will work closely with various teams, including Sales and Product, to ensure that the right individuals have access to the most pertinent data. Moreover, your support will extend to assisting the Controllership team during month-end close activities, contributing to the overall success of our financial operations.

How your work moves the mission forward

• Manage revenue and cash end to end, analyzing product sales and cash receipts, and working with back office team members to efficiently reconcile and record all Stripe system data into SAP
• Facilitate Intrinsic revenue/cash reporting for Intrinsic senior leadership  
• Ensure that our Stripe reporting is accurate and collaborate with Controllership for month end close
• Planning and designing for scaled billing and payments solutions

Skills you will need to be successful

• 4-year degree in Business Administration or relevant field 

Skills that will differentiate your candidacy

• Experience with SAP Ariba 
• Working knowledge of accounting policies and processes 
• Experience with system implementation of billing solution software  

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $140,000 - 161,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.#LI-KT1
