As the Revenue Assurance Analyst you will support the revenue process for the Verifier vertical for the Commercial and Government portfolios. This person will engage with sales, sales Ops, contracting, billing, collections, and other key areas to facilitate a smooth and proactive process that supports the verifier vertical. Additionally, they will perform account analysis for assigned vertical customers in escalated cases as well as interface with clients and Workforce Solutions staff on customer revenue affected issues to troubleshoot and facilitate resolutions.

This role reports to the Revenue Assurance Program Manager and will be a hybrid workplace model offering the flexibility to work remotely as well as in our beautiful office building in St. Louis! (This is not a fully-remote role)

What you'll do:

  • Evaluate client escalations to report on results, trends, progress, and make recommendations
  • Accurately invoice billing arrangements and processes, including contract review, customer set-up, compliance with internal and external procedures, policies, and requirements. Ensures that set-up results in proper revenue recognition
  • Resolve basic disputes, discrepancies and uncertainties concerning customer profiles, billing, and invoicing
  • Support audits and general accounting requests for documentation on customers, invoices, and supporting documentation
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and resolve out of balance and reconciling items in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on dependencies such as purchase orders, special amendments, and special government requirements to ensure compliance so that earning revenue does not get delayed
  • Will support the Equifax Workforce Solutions vertical with initial focus on Commercial and Government accounts

What experience you need:

  • Advanced skills with MS Excel/Google Sheets is required
  • 3+ years of experience in Operations, Project Management, Customer Experience or related field
  • Experience working autonomously with little to no supervision
  • Effectively working as a team player, communicating with peers, management, vendors and clients
  • Handle fast-paced and challenging job demands
  • Strong People Skills, Technical and Problem Solving Skills is required
  • Ability to work with teams and collaborative work culture

What could set you apart:

  • Experience using Tableau or Power BI would be a plus
  • Experience using Salesforce would be a plus
  • Prior billing experience
