Highly motivated self-starter who is also detailed-oriented and has a deep understanding of the Brightree Platform and the pricing features. Industry experience with insurance billing and DME inventory products/coding is essential. Specialists will receive and process price table requests regarding creation, updating, and research. In addition, the specialist will analyze, identify, and help resolve pricing and software issues related to correct billing procedures. Their objective is to improve the efficiency and accuracy of RCM customer claims and AR values reported. The specialist will respond to internal and customer inquiries regarding pricing setup and special projects. They are responsible for carrying out the physical pricing updates and managing project completion. The specialist should be a team player who can communicate effectively verbally and in written communication with customers and troubleshoot pricing scenarios.

Let's talk about Responsibilities:

• Analyzes and processes price table updates and builds requests for RCM customers • Assist the RCM team with pricing, in addition to other specific billing questions • Researching insurance billing requirements and fee schedule details • Analyzing existing price tables for accuracy • Responsible for creating new price table requests for new RCM customer contracts • Responsible for updating and maintaining the integrity of the price tables for Brightree RCM customers.• Performing complete price table analyses on customers on an as need basis
  o Prepares and submits reports to clients as needed
  o Propose changes and updates to the configuration of the customer's Brightree system, including:
  § Price tables
  § Insurance Settings • Responsible for the management and organization of price table requests through Salesforce & SharePoint platforms • Communicating with RCM Customers directly on price table requests/updates.• Provide best practice direction on common price table issues to help clients make the right decisions moving forward.• Communicate required updates to appropriate stakeholders.• Professionally listen to and resolve customer concerns and escalate as appropriate.• Answer questions and resolve cases regarding Brightree RCM Price Table Requests.• Create ad-hoc Reports to assist in analyses of customers' price tables. • Responsible for understanding all general rules, guidelines, and methods to get paid from the payors.• Responsible for following all policies, procedures, and systems for quality assurance as directed by Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance.• Ensures adherence to objectives, operating policies and procedures, and strategic action plans for achieving goals.• Implements and adhere to policies, procedures, and systems within the Brightree systems.• Maintains patient confidentiality and function within the guidelines of HIPAA.

Required:

• High School degree required, college coursework a plus • A minimum of 3-5 years of healthcare billing and regulatory industry with general compliance program experience, preferably in the Brightree platform or healthcare industry.• Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel) • Knowledgeable of federal and state laws and requirements relating to healthcare management and billing for DME/HME required.• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered • Must have excellent attention to detail and the understanding of how to investigate and trouble-shoot pricing issues and find workarounds to those issues• Passionate about customer service, with strong problem-solving skills focused on identifying and putting in place solutions for customers • Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity.• An effective communicator with strong oral, written, and persuasive skills and the capability to deal with people at all organizational levels.• Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to multitask• Self-starter, results-driven, highly motivated, high energy, strong researching ability.• Proven track record of working towards and exceeding metrics strongly preferred• Must be a quick learner, pleasant, and have a strong dedication and commitment level to a positive customer experience• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with minimal supervision.• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to resolve challenging issues promptly• Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and meet deadlines• Ability to multitask and meet specific goals set by supervisors and management• Strong problem solving and analytical skills• Ability to use several software and reporting options to gather detailed information on customer price tables.• Strong analytical capabilities, data analysis techniques, and standard database query skills.

Base Pay Range for this position:

16.30 - 20.37 - 24.44 USD Hourly
